Floating Wing Raffia
Description From Roman Moser Products of Austria comes FLOATING WING RAFFIA. This is a very thin polypropelene film that floats – ideal for tying Stonefly patterns, Caddis patterns – and both upwing and spinner wings on patterns. The material is very durable and will take a permanent marker – simply form your wing shape using River Road Cutters and then mark on spots or veining to make them look even more realistic. The material is thin enough to minimise spinning of the pattern when casting and will “give” when a fish takes your fly. The material is 1.5 cm (10/16″) wide and there is at least 1 metre (over 3 feet) of material on each card.
